Winger Ennis hit the woodwork on 37 minutes, while the first save for Fleetwood keeper Jay Lynch came after 38 minutes as he pushed out Connor O'Brien's strike.
Stanley manager John Doolan brought on Josh Woods at half-time and, on 51 minutes, the forward got on the end of Shaun Whalley's corner to head home the equaliser.
Fleetwood came back and it needed a superb save from Wright to keep out Rhys Bennett's header.
Whalley's shot was just wide 11 minutes from time before a Ched Evans cross was fired home from close range by substitute Osong in the first minute of added time.
