BIRMINGHAM 1-1 WEST BROM
That's it from St Andrew's! It's a familiar story of frustration from the Blues, but it's a point that raises them further from the bottom, though they are still winless this season. For West Brom, it was a tough test and perhaps a big point earned without being the better side.
Stay tuned for a full report, reaction and highlights!
90+3: There's a stoppage here as Gary Gardner needs a little bit of treatment, though he should be fine to see out the last seconds of the game.
90+1: WIDE! Gareth Barry tries to bend in a shot from 20 yards out and you can see what he's trying to do, but his effort is way off target.
90+1: We'll have THREE added minutes here at St Andrew's...
WATCH: BARNES HITS THE BAR
Was this the chance for West Brom...?
88: Where has this energy from West Brom been conjured from? After a mediocre first 85 minutes or so, they've woken up and you wouldn't it past them to net the winner in the remaining minutes...
84: HUGE CHANCE! Harvey Barnes rattles the crossbar before chaos reigns in the penalty area and Matt Phillips forces Camp to save with his legs! That was an awkward take for the winger and surely would've been a certain goal had he had time to steady himself...
86: SUB! There's been another Blues change as Solomon-Otabor replaces Lukas Jutkiewicz.
81: Colin plays a ball into the feet of Jutkiewicz, but Hegazi tracks the pass and steals the ball before lumping upfield, while Gayle's cross is sidefooted behind by Pedersen.
That was incredibly risky upon seeing that clearance again, with the left-back turning the ball behind with his weaker foot...
78: CLOSE! West Brom are playing with fire at the back without the ball-playing figures such risky play requires. They escape the danger of a shot goalwards as Jota's effort trickles out on the opposite touchline but that's surely a wake-up call...
SUB! The Baggies bring on Gareth Barry to shore things up as he takes the place of skipper Chris Brunt.
74: OOOH! Townsend's pass back to Johnstone almost leaves the keeper in all sorts of trouble as he gets the ball stuck in his feet before managing to clear under pressure.
75: SUB! Hal Robson-Kanu replaces the ineffective Jay Rodriguez for West Brom
73: Lack of communication between Dawson and Bartley almost plays Adams one-on-one with Johnstone, but the stopper smashes the ball out of play.
SUB! That was the last action from Adams as he's replaced for the final minutes of the game by Omar Bogle.
71: FREE-KICK! Very, very good spot from Andrew Madley to see Maghoma was fouled outside the area, but though the chance is golden, the Blues fail to capitalise!
68: YELLOW! Kieftenbeld is fuming at having a card raised in his direction after Barnes goes down under a light challenge. He pushes the forward before the remainder of his Baggies team-mates get involved.
69: Anyway, the visitors will have a free-kick, but the ball's over-played by Matt Phillips and Hegazi can't play the ball back across the six-yard box.
67: Colin's cross is asking to be struck goalwards but Brunt's header sees the ball land at Phillips' feet and the Baggies can advance. They are struggling to make anything in the final third at the moment, though.
65: OVER! Another missed chance for the Blues! Che Adams finds Jota with a clever backheel but though he makes strides to the edge of the area, he blazes ANOTHER chance over the bar! Will another chance come?
62: CHANCE! What a chance for Jacques Maghoma! Che Adam's dinked ball into the area is asking to be belted home and the Blues man tries a diving header but fails to get the desired connection!
It does look as though he gets a hand to the ball, though, so perhaps it might not have counted anyway...
WATCH: JOTA'S MISSED PENALTY
59: We're just seeing a replay of a chance that got missed among all the havoc a few minutes back with a strong save from Lee Camp from Barnes' effort. Decent save and the first we've really seen of Rodriguez in the build-up this evening so far.
55: YELLOW CARD! Townsend brings down Jota as he tries to cut in off the right flank and he's booked by Andrew Madley.
53: NO PENALTY! Kyle Bartley has already given away one penalty, but he's correct adjudged to have not fouled Jota in the area, despite the Spaniard's protests.
51: SAVE! Wonderfully crafted chance by the Blues, who win a corner as some one-touch football forces Johnstone into a low save from Che Adams' trickling shot.
50: As with the first half, there's not a lot to note so far. The two sides are taking a look at one another and plotting their next moves, it seems...
WATCH: JOTA'S OPENER
Here's how the Spaniard opened the scoring earlier on...

What started off as a pretty uneventful game ends with the two sides level at a goal apiece. Jota's strike was cancelled out by Matt Phillips' effort, though the Spaniard also missed a chance to put his side two up with a saved penalty.
There could be more goals to come in this one so join us in less than 15 minutes for the second half...
45: OVER! Harlee Dean tries his luck from range, too, but leans back and puts his head in his hands as his shot flies in among the fans.
45+1: Just ONE minute of added time here at the break.
44: OVER! Jota gets ahead of both Townsend and Bartley, crosses to the far post where Jutkiewicz nods the ball into the path of Adams, but the frontman opts for power and smashes over the next from just a few yards!
GOAL! BIRMINGHAM 1-1 WEST BROM (Phillips, 39)
Sheer hard work from Matt Phillips to create and score the equaliser but the defending from the Blues is so poor.
The wide man races down the left and initially gets the better of Pedersen with a heavy touch. The defender should lump the ball clear but he tries to pass back out, doesn't do so and Phillips concludes the move he started by curling past Camp with the outside of his boot!
BIRMINGHAM 1-0 WEST BROM
34: CORNER! Huge call for hand-ball as Dwight Gayle chests down into the area...referee Andrew Madley gives a corner as Townsend's shot is turned behind.
35: Calls for a penalty for the Baggies now as Colin holds onto Hegazi as the ball is swung in, but we continue nonetheless.
33:...and breathe! What an action packed couple of minute we had there! The Blues are in front, but do they deserve their lead so far? Kyle Bartley is probably the most relieved man in the stadium right now...
30: PENALTY SAVED! The way Jota approaches the ball tells everything and Sam Johnstone gets a strong hand to push the ball to safety. Decent save but, in truth, a poor spot-kick.
29: PENALTY TO BIRMINGHAM! The game has exploded into life in a matter of seconds and Jota has a chance to net his second after Kyle Bartley handles a cross!
GOAL! BIRMINGHAM 1-0 WEST BROM (Jota, 27)
Excellent poacher's finish from Jota and the Blues are in the lead! The Spaniard plays the ball in off the wing and drifts into the area, leaving full-back Conor Townsend behind. The ball comes back into the area from Gary Gardner and Jota pokes over the line at the far post with an expert finish!
BIRMINGHAM 0-0 WEST BROM
25: WIDE! Phillips cuts inside Pedersen on the right flank and curls a shot goalwards, but the chance doesn't prove a challenge for Camp as he watches the ball fall wide of the mark.
24: FOUL! Morrison is the second player to escape booking for a late challenge. He flies in on Barnes and immediately protests his innoncence, though the referee has other ideas.
22: OVER! Jutkiewicz outmuscles Livermore in the middle of the park and drives forward, but instead of squaring for a team-mate, he balloons an effort over the bar. What a waste!
19: CHANCE! You can't give Dwight Gayle this much space! It's the frontman's first opportunity of the evening as he gets on the end of Phillips' low cross and turns the ball just inches the wrong side of the post!
18: CORNER! Despite a dis-jointed backline, Jota's delivery is steered behind by the head of Dawson. The initial set-piece comes to nothing, but though Colin tries to get the better of Hegazi, he is quickly dispossessed once more.
16: Birmingham are allowing their opponents to enjoy possession in the middle of the park, but are quick to break - notably through Maxime Colin so far - to try and catch the Baggies out.
17: They have a free-kick a few yards outside the area and it looks as though former Brentford man Jota is eyeing this one up...
14: CHANCE! First tiny little sniff of an opportunity for the hosts as Livermore links up well with Barnes, though the latter's dinked cross is headed away from danger by Jota, who did extremely well to track back.
12: FOUL! Gary Gardner is fortunate to escape unpunished for a late barge on Rodriguez. Little bit naughty, that.
10: CORNER! It's a second successive corner for the Blues as Jota's cross from Maghoma's initial set-piece is glanced behind by Hegazi. Before long the ball is back with West Brom as Rodriguez attempts to race down the left flank, before conceding a throw.
9: We don't tend to have many goal-fests on a Friday evening and judging by what we've seen so far, this one could be a cagey encounter, too...
6: The Baggies are looking quite calm on the ball so far, passing around in the defence and looking for a killer ball forward, but other than that, there's not an awful lot to report from a slow opening.
4: Good noise around the ground in these opening exchanges. As has been mentioned prior to the game, there isn't a lot of hatred between these two clubs so we should be in for a relatively calm evening as Midlands derbies go! Famous last words?
2: West Brom on the front foot straight from the off here - Barnes threads a ball towards Gayle but Morrison stretches to clear. At the other end, Jota breaks free about 25 yards out and strikes the ball just outside the box, but Johnstone stoops to claim.
KICK OFF! BIRMINGHAM 0-0 WEST BROM
