Kuipers concern for Seagulls, Foxes could be unchanged

Michel Kuipers is battling to be fit for Brighton & Hove Albion's game against Leicester City, who have an unchanged squad. Dutch goalkeeper Kuipers suffered a thigh injury during Saturday's defeat at Hartlepool and is a major doubt. Boss Micky Adams is scouring the loan market for a replacement, otherwise rookie John Sullivan may have to be pitched in for his debut. Former Leicester manager Adams is also trying to bring in a striker with Glenn Murray (thigh) and Nicky Forster (knee) still sidelined. Robbie Savage did not react well to being substituted at Hartlepool and the on-loan Derby midfielder could be left out of the game against his former club. Doug Loft is back in training following a knee injury but Gary Hart and Kerry Mayo (both knee) are still missing.

Leicester news

Leicester manager Nigel Pearson will choose from an unchanged squad for the trip to the Withdean Stadium. The Foxes suffered no fresh injury or suspension problems in Saturday's goalless home draw against Northampton. Paul Dickov resumed light training on Monday following a back injury but it will be at least another week before the veteran striker returns to contention. On-loan defender Kerrea Gilbert remains sidelined. The Arsenal youngster is still recovering from the hamstring injury that ruled him out against the Cobblers but there is a chance he could be fit in time for the visit of Bristol Rovers at the weekend. Midfielders James Wesolowski (fractured ankle) and Stephen Clemence (heel) and strikers Ashley Chambers (broken leg) and DJ Campbell (groin) remain unavailable.
