Cheltenham v Barnet preview

Cheltenham will be without the suspended duo of Taylor Moore and Danny Wright when they host struggling Barnet in Sky Bet League Two.

Defender Moore and forward Wright were shown straight red cards in last weekend's defeat at Mansfield and begin three-game bans. Robins defender Will Boyle, who has not featured since January 1, is available for selection but striker Sanmi Odelusi remains out.

Jordan Cranston (hamstring), Jordon Forster (Achilles) and Jaanai Gordon (knee) are long-term absentees.

Bottom club Barnet remain without a number of first-team players. Goalkeeper Jamie Stephens (hamstring) is gradually making his way back to full fitness but remains sidelined so Craig Ross will continue to deputise.

Defender Harry Taylor (metatarsal) and forward Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro (knee) are also unavailable to Bees manager Graham Westley. Full-back Elliott Johnson and striker Dave Tarpey are out with long-term knee injuries.

Cheltenham won the reverse fixture 2-0 at the Hive in December, ending a three-match winless run against the Bees (D1 L2).

Barnet won their last league visit to Cheltenham 2-1 on Boxing Day 2016, ending a six-game run without a win over them on their travels in the Football League (D2 L4). They have never won back-to-back away games against the Robins in the EFL.

The Robins have gone three home matches without a victory in League Two, their longest winless streak in the division on home soil since December 2016 (run of six).

The Bees have won just two of their 14 away matches in League Two this season (D2 L10), losing each of their previous four on the road. No side has won fewer games on their travels in the division this season.

John Akinde has scored three goals in three League Two appearances against Cheltenham for Barnet; only against Newport County (six) and Crawley Town (four) has he scored more in the Football League for the Bees.
