WATCH: ISRAEL 2-1 SCOTLAND
WATCH: TIERNEY'S OWN GOAL
Israel had 24 chances to Scotland's seven, and here's the all-important winner via Kieran Tierney's boot.
ISRAEL 2-1 SCOTLAND
It's all over in Haifa. Atar sends a late shot just wide of the post.
Given the chances Israel created, it could've been a lot more than 2-1. Scotland were given a gift after 25 minutes when Don Peretz fouled Steven Naismith inside the box, allowing Charlie Mulgrew to score from the spot.
But second-half strikes from Peretz and a Kieran Tierney own goal have given the hosts all three points.
90+2: We're deep into four minutes of stoppage time now and Israel are close to a much-deserved win. In truth, they're holding on fairly comfortably at the moment.
89: CLOSE! It's a poor ball into the box by O'Donnell but McGregor does well to does something of this before the referee awards a free-kick for a handball. Natkho is down in agony, perhaps nursing some cramp as we enter the last minute of the 90.
87: BOOKED! Robertson is shown a yellow card for dissent, clearly thinking Forrest should be awarded another free-kick. Israel are almost there.
83: SAVE! Terrific counter-attack from Israel as Seba shoots and McGregor makes a similar save to the one just a moment ago down the other end. He's been a fair old barrier to Israel tonight as Atar volleys over from the ensuing corner.
82: SHOT! McGinn gets going down the other end and he sets up McGregor. He can't hit this any sweeter as he stings the gloves of Jans, who tips over.
SUB! Kayal is replaced by Einbinder.
FINAL SKY BET PRICE BOOST
Not looking good for Scotland but Oli McBurnie is a Price Boost at 18/1 to score in 90 minutes.

79: SHOT! It's been a sloppy performance from McGinn as he gives the ball away cheaply to Atar, who unselfishly seeks Dabour. He looks to curl his shot around McKenna but he's wayward.
77: SUB! Oli McBurnie is on for his first cap in place of Naismith and he's straight into the thick of the action as he lays the ball into Callum McGregor's path but he slices his right-foot shot over from a great position!
GOAL! ISRAEL 2-1 SCOTLAND (Tierney OG, 75)
Kayal has looked evermore influential and it is his delivery from the right which Tierney looks to hook away with his left boot, but he can only succeed in flicking the cross beyond McGregor and into his own net.
Disaster for the Celtic man, and Israel, on a desperately poor run of results, have the lead here!
ISRAEL 1-1 SCOTLAND
74: It's still very warm and stifling in Haifa, where it's just gone a quarter past 11, and Israel will most certainly sense a victory can be theirs. Kayal has been the go-to guy for them, making angles for himself.
Two clear banks of four from Scotland now with Naismith looking increasingly isolated.
72: Scotland are wilting in the heat at the moment as Natkho looks for Dasa on the return but he speculative header is into the gloves of McGregor. Israel are readying another change with Eliran Atar about to come on.
O'Donnell produces two big defensive headers in the meantime to stop the Israeli fluency.
70: Forrest takes the ball for a run looking to commit defenders with those rapid legs of his, and he should really be awarded a free-kick as Ben Harush is nowhere near the ball.
The Polish referee merely tells him to get back to his feet and the onslaught on Scotland's goal resumes.
67: SUB! Scotland look to change things as James Forrest enters the fray in place of Johnny Russell.
65: WHAT A MISS! Scotland are hanging on here as after McGregor makes another point-blank save from Dabour, Dasa's cross just has to be tapped in by Tawatha, six yards out, but he somehow misses, thundering his shot flush onto the crossbar!
WATCH: PERETZ EQUALISES
Here's Israel's leveller through Don Peretz.
64: CLOSE! Scotland make a rare foray and Russell's cross is fumbled by Harush but Naismith can't make more of the scraps as his hooked effort drifts wide. He's up front on his own now.
ISRAEL 1-1 SCOTLAND
62: SAVE! The free-kick is teed up for Kayal and his shot is punched clear once more buy the busy Allan McGregor. You sense it's going to be a busy half an hour for the visitors.
ISRAEL 1-1 SCOTLAND (Souttar sent off, 61)
61: RED CARD! Souttar is off and Scotland are down to 10 men!
Dabour is very theatrical as he takes an arm across the face but Souttar is shown a second yellow card for dallying on the ball... his back-pass is short and he comes across the Salzburg striker to prevent him from pouncing onto it.
Free-kick to Israel in a promising position. Can they compound the problem?
57: McDonald tries to bring a degree of composure back to the Scotland side as he instigates a patient move which results in Tierney's deflected cross looping into Harush's hands.
Kayal's switch to Tawatha this time leads to a low cross that Dabour just can't direct in. Should McLeish be looking to change to a back four?
54: SHOT! Scotland can't really argue with being pegged back here and they can't get out of their own half as the hosts look to now complete the turnaround.
Kayal is found by Seba and he shovels it on for Tawatha's cross... Scotland clear to Natkho and his blistering drive through the crowd is punched clear by McGregor. It's one-way traffic at the moment.
GOAL! ISRAEL 1-1 SCOTLAND (Peretz, 52)
You can't say this hasn't been coming as Don Peretz makes amends for that barge on Naismith to level for the hosts.
He takes Tawatha's threaded pass, it initially looks like the ball's stuck under his right boot, but he digs out his shot under pressure from Robertson to find the bottom corner.
ISRAEL 0-1 SCOTLAND
51: The pattern at the start of this second half is very much like the end of the first as Natko's delicious cross to the far post just evades the outstretched Dabour under pressure from O'Donnell.
49: Great skills from Dasa as he fizzes the ball into Dabour. The ball deflects off his hand clearly, but the referee allows him to play on as he invites Tawatha onto the ball but the final delivery is again poor.
That would've been controversial had the ball ended in the back of Scotland's net.
48: McLeish persists with playing this very narrow defence as Tawatha's cross is cleared by McKenna. Mulgrew incidentally has a hamstring injury.
47: McGinn's ball is recycled by Naismith as Dasa plays McGregor on but he can't do more with it as Israel survive.
46: KICK OFF! Scotland get us back underway. They don't want to keep dropping off as they did after taking the lead in the first period. They have an early corner.
HT: SUBS! Aberdeen's Scott McKenna is on for his competitive debut, his fifth cap overall, is on for the goalscorer while Ben Sahar has been replaced by Dia Seba.
ISRAEL v SCOTLAND PRICE BOOSTS
Plenty of half-time offers from Sky Bet including Steven
Naismith to score the second goal – was 9/1 NOW 10/1
here to place your bets.
Scotland ride out the Israeli storm since they took the lead through Charlie Mulgrew's 25th-minute penalty.
The hosts have had a good half, with Dabour coming close on several occasions and Ben Sahar hitting the post. At the break, Alex McLeish's side have their noses in front.
45+2: Scotland don't want to concede now as Kevin McDonald slides in to hook Tawatha's cross behind for a corner...
45: SAVE! It's a save you'd expect Allan McGregor to make and he's certainly been the busier of the two goalkeepers tonight as he dives to his left to keep out another fierce effort from the dangerous Dabour.
The fourth official has indicated a minimum of TWO MINUTES of added time as Naismith goes off to receive treatment on a cut ear.
44: OVER! Better from Scotland as McDonald wins the ball and finds Callum McGregor. The ball loops up in front of him, 30 yards out, and he thinks, "Why not?" But his speculative shot is a good two yards over the bar. Worth a pop.
42: McLeish will be very relieved to get his side in at 1-0. The last 15-20 minutes have been a concern, there's no question about that. Israel are ending the half strongly and there's a sense of purpose about them as Dasa's cross is cleared by Mulgrew.
40: OFF THE POST! Israel have Scotland rocking here as Ben Sahar gets to the byline and very nearly sneaks his shot in at McGregor's near post but the ball cannons back off the foot of the woodwork!
38: CLOSE! This is inches away from a brilliant equaliser from Moanes Dabour. He takes Kayal pass 25 yards out and he's not put under pressure. The man with 15 goals already for Salzburg this term bends his shot onto the roof of the net with McGregor beaten!
WATCH: MULGREW PEN GIVES SCOTS LEAD
Here's a look at that penalty from Charlie Mulgrew, which has Scotland in front.
35: OVER! It's most certainly an opening that is fluffed by Ben Sahar as he meets Natko's raking pass, his first touch is brilliant, but he fires over with his second. Mulgrew was caught under that one.
36: CHANCE! Moments later, it's another decent chance as Dabour finds Kayal, but the Brighton midfielder shoots tamely into the gloves of McGregor!
32: WIDE! The fans have resorted to the Icelandic clap, and the players respond as Dasa crosses from the right and it's met by Dabour but he can't quite get enough on it as he flashes his header wide of the far post.
Interesting he's prolific for Salzburg but he's actually only scored once for his country.
30: So far, so good for Alex McLeish's men. Israel are on track for their fifth home defeat in a row, something they've not done since 1964. Natko hits it long for Dabour but Mulgrew does well to drop and head clear.
28: BOOKED! Dabour protects the ball and is going nowhere, but John Souttar collides into him and he receives a yellow card. That rules him out of the next Nations League game in Albania.
27: Israel haven't kept a clean sheet at home in nearly three years now. They'd started this match well, but they are now right up against it in the Group. O'Donnell still looks like he needs more support against the dangerous Tawatha.
GOAL! ISRAEL 0-1 SCOTLAND (Mulgrew pen, 25)
Charlie Mulgrew makes no mistake from the spot as he sends Harush the wrong way, drilling the ball into the net.
It's his first goal for his country in nearly four-and-a-half years and it was confidently struck.
Scotland have something to build on!
ISRAEL 0-0 SCOTLAND
24: PENALTY SCOTLAND! It's a crazy challenge from Peretz as he barges into the back of Naismith. Natkho is yellow-carded amidst all the protests.
23: BOOKED! Israel's only win in their last 10 internationals came against Liechtenstein but they've looked bright here so far as O'Donnell this time gets the better of Tawatha.
The ball breaks down with Dabour and Russell is cynically taken out by Ben Harush. Into the book you go.
20: SAVE! Israel break at blistering pace with Tawatha getting in behind O'Donnell but Souttar does well to deflect the cross behind.
Natkho takes the corner and McGregor makes a brilliant reaction save from Pertez's header!
19: Dasa hauls down McGinn, and it is he who swings in the free-kick. Israel again look vulnerable to the set piece by O'Donnell attempts to keep the ball alive end with it in the gloves of Harush.
