Leyton O v Dagenham preview

Team news for Tuesday night's League One clash between Leyton Orient and Dagenham & Redbridge at Brisbane Road.

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade will wait on the fitness of Stephen Dawson before naming his squad. The 25-year-old midfielder missed the 2-1 defeat at Brentford on Saturday with a calf strain, but will be handed a late fitness test. Scott McGleish will retain his place if Dawson fails to recover in time. Defensive duo Ben Chorley and Jason Crowe remain doubtful with knee and ankle injuries respectively. On-loan Tottenham striker Harry Kane is pushing for a recall along with fellow forward Jonathan Tehoue, midfielder Paul-Jose Mpoku and defender Terrell Forbes. The O's will be looking to get back to winning ways after Brentford ended their 14-game unbeaten run. Dagenham & Redbridge boss John Still will be without winger Damian Scannell. Scannell pulled his hamstring in the dying stages of the 2-1 win over Charlton so Solomon Taiwo should come back into midfield. Defender Damien McCrory remains on the sidelines after he twisted his ankle at Bristol Rovers a fortnight ago, with Oluwafemi Ilesanmi continuing at left-back. Striker John Akinde is back in training after a long-term groin problem, but is not yet ready to make his Daggers debut. Defender Will Antwi has also returned to full training after a groin problem, but will not dislodge Scott Doe and Mark Arber in the centre of defence.
