New signings Jack Senior and Alex Gilliead are in line to make their debuts for Luton as they host Wycombe on Saturday.

Left-back Senior signed a three-year deal from Huddersfield while midfielder Gilliead joined on loan from Newcastle until January after injuries had depleted the Hatters' squad in recent weeks.

Kavan Cotter, Craig King, Tyreeq Bakinson, Akin Famewo, and Isaac Vassell all made their first competitive starts for the club during their 2-1 victory over Gillingham in the Checkatrade Trophy and could retain their places in the side.

But manager Nathan Jones will be without Magnus Okuonghae, who had his contract terminated, and Glen Rea, who is on international duty.

Wycombe's deadline day signings Dominic Gape and Scott Kashket will be looking for a place in the starting XI as they travel to Kenilworth Road.

Midfielder Gape joined the club on a loan deal which sees him stay with the club until January 3 and striker Kashket signed a short-term contract after being released by Leyton Orient.

Manager Gareth Ainsworth is still struggling with injuries after Marcus Bean missed the 3-0 win against Northampton in the Checkatrade Trophy and Luke O'Nien remains a doubt due to a complication with his injury.

Joe Jacobson has been ruled out for two months, Paris Cowan-Hall and Myles Weston look to be unavailable for another four weeks and Max Muller is not expected to be in the side until 2017.
