It's a moment Newcastle goalkeeper Karl Darlow will want to forget after he gifted Norwich striker Cameron Jerome a goal in his side's 2-2 draw at Carrow Road.
With the scores locked at 1-1 on Tuesday night, Darlow, who was under little pressure, miskicked what should have been a routine clearance, slicing the ball into the path of Jerome, who had a free run to goal to give his side the lead.
The Norwich striker even had time to celebrate - just as Ross Barkley did in Everton's 6-3 win against Bournemouth a few weeks ago - before tapping the ball home into an empty net.
However, Darlow's blushes were spared 10 minutes from time as Newcastle grabbed a deserved equaliser.
Norwich failed to deal with an inswinging free-kick from Jonjo Shelvey. The ball finally found its way to Ayoze Perez, who crossed for Jamaal Lascelles to volley home at the far post.
The draw keeps Rafael Benitez's side top of the Sky Bet Championship table.
