League Two outfit Aldershot have taken former Shrewsbury striker Omer Riza on trial.
The 30-year-old left Shrewsbury after playing his final match for the club on Boxing Day and is a free agent.
Manager Kevin Dillon said: "Omer is a free agent and this is a good opportunity for us to have a look at what he can do and also whether we are the right kind of club for him.
"We are looking forward to working with him."
