Striker Michael Uchebo has been handed the opportunity to fight for a transfer to Rangers after being granted a trial with the Scottish champions.
The 21-year-old Nigerian, who currently plays for VVV Venlo in Holland's top-flight, has been given permission by his club to travel to Scotland and train with Ally McCoist's side.
Uchebo, whose current contract with VVV Venlo is expiring, though the club do have an option to extend the deal, was previously linked with a move to Stoke after a trial with the Potters, but the deal collapsed.
