The Sky Sports Power Rankings are back for the new 2016/17 Premier League season.

Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho topped this season's first Power Rankings after scoring twice during Liverpool's 4-3 win over Arsenal at the Emirates on Super Sunday.

The Power Rankings system awards points to players for 32 different stats, from tackles to goals.

Riyad Mahrez topped last season's rankings after scoring 17 goals and assisting 11 to help Leicester win their first top-flight title.

Jamie Vardy, Harry Kane, Mesut Ozil, Christian Eriksen, Alexis Sanchez, Dele Alli, Sergio Aguero, N'Golo Kante and Dimitri Payet were also among last season's top 20.
