The summer transfer window may have closed for the majority of clubs across Europe but they are already making moves ahead of January.

Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured media across Europe for the latest news and transfer rumours.

Adrien Rabiot, superb in Paris Saint-Germain's 5-0 win over Celtic in the Champions League, is out of contract in 2019.

His mother, and agent, has set three conditions that the club will have to meet if she and the Arsenal transfer target are to agree to any contract: the club must have an exciting project; he must be playing in his correct position (left of the central midfield); and they need to sign a new defensive midfielder. Former Newcastle United playmaker Hatem Ben Arfa could be integrated back into the PSG squad this weekend.

There was a standoff between the two parties during the transfer window as the Parisians would not let him leave for free.

The former Nice star was removed from the first-team group. Now, after two days off following the trip to Glasgow, Ben Arfa should be back in the squad on Friday. (Le Parisien)
