Joseph Chipolina says Gibraltar 'over the moon' with Armenia win

Gibraltar match-winner Joseph Chipolina says the team are "over the moon" after claiming the nation's first recorded victory in Saturday's defeat of Armenia.
Gibraltar, a team made up of amateurs, had lost all 22 of their competitive matches heading into Saturday's away game, but were able to overcome Armenia, who were captained by Arsenal's Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Chipolina's 50th-minute penalty was the only goal of the game and left Gibraltar level on pints with Liechtenstein and Armenia in UEFA Nations League Group D4.
"We're over the moon right now, quite tired as we have to get a flight back now, just hoping to get home to see our family and relatives.
"This result is amazing for us because it is our first points in the Nations League and our first ever victory.
"It is a big relief. Not only that, but the work we put in. We are not professionals, we have our own jobs and having to combine one thing with the other is very difficult, also for your family.
"We're in this together; the group is an amazing one right now. This can only be a big influence in the confidence we have struck up.
"But we have to keep working and keep on this same journey."
Asked about his match-winning penalty, he said: "Before the game, the gaffer told me I was the man to take any penalties. He knows I don't get nervous. I just got up there looked one side, I think the keeper dived that way and I just went the other way.
"You can imagine the relief once it goes in."
