Barcelona are monitoring the progress of 19-year-old Brazilian right-back Emerson with a view to a potential future move. The defender, who is impressing in his homeland with Atletico Mineiro, is also attracting attention from Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal. (Mundo Deportivo)

Jan Oblak, widely considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world, is unhappy at not being offered a new contract and pay rise at Atletico Madrid and could look to leave the club as early as January. Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic says the Bundesliga champions tried to sign England winger Jadon Sancho before he joined rivals Borussia Dortmund, but the teenager turned down a move to the Allianz Arena. Premier League strugglers Crystal Palace and Fulham are considering a January loan move for Fenerbahce midfielder Ozan Tufan to boost their top-flight survival hopes.
