Munir El Haddadi's departure has left a void in Barcelona's squad and Ernesto Valverde is eager to fill it. Luis Suarez is now the La Liga leaders' only natural forward and with the Champions League returning next month, the Barcelona boss wants to bring in reinforcements. Fernando Llorente has been linked with a switch to the Camp Nou but the club are also interested in taking Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata on loan. (Marca)

Adrien Rabiot is a man in demand. It was reported that the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder was joining Barcelona in the summer on a free transfer. However, it emerged last week that Bayern Munich wanted to bring the playmaker to Bavaria and now Chelsea are the latest club to be linked with the 23-year-old. With Borussia Dortmund not wanting to part ways with Julian Weigl, the French champions have turned their attention to Everton's Idrissa Gueye. Juventus have turned down Chelsea's offer of swapping Alvaro Morata for Gonzalo Higuain. The Blues want to bolster their attacking options and feel the Argentine forward is the perfect fit.
