Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a bid for Idrissa Gueye. After being informed of Zenit St Petersburg's lofty demands for Leandro Paredes (£40m), who is also a Chelsea transfer target, they have turned to the Everton player and made an offer of €25m (£22m). (L'Equipe)
Neymar has played down rumours that he might make a dramatic move back to Barcelona, saying he now feels at home in Paris after having to adapt to his new city. "I'm very happy to be talked about because that shows I am among the best," he said. "But many of the things that are said about me are simply not true." (Canal+)
PSG could be in trouble elsewhere, though. The disciplinary committee of the French football league (LFP) will meet on Tuesday afternoon to rule on the ethnic quotas for youth teams at the Parisian club that were revealed by Football Leaks. (L'Equipe)

Barcelona have completed one of the more unexpected transfers of the window, with Kevin-Prince Boateng shown beaming with his shirt on the front page of Sport. On loan from Sassuolo, having scored four goals in Serie A this season, the striker could be bought for €8m if he impresses. (Sport)
Arsenal may make a move for 22-year-old Juventus goalkeeper Emil Audero after Petr Cech announced he is to retire at the end of the season. Audero is currently on loan at Sampdoria. (Gianluca Di Marzio)
