Arsenal, West Ham and Newcastle have asked about taking midfielder Youri Tielemans on loan from Monaco, Sky Sports News understands.

Leicester were understood to be in talks with Monaco over a £20m deal for Tielemans, but manager Claude Puel played down the club's interest on Monday.

Arsenal are looking to bring in up to two new signings before Thursday's deadline, Unai Emery has confirmed.

The club are close to bringing in Denis Suarez on loan, according to Sky sources, but remain interested in Ivan Perisic and Idrissa Gueye.

Rafa Benitez revealed Newcastle are also still working on completing deals in the next two days.

It is understood the club have agreed a deal to sign Miguel Almiron for what is likely to be a club-record fee.
