The latest transfer news from the European press as Juventus' sporting director rubbishes reports the Serie A champions want to sign Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.
We asked our friends at Football Whispers to round up the latest news and gossip from across the continent.
Reports which state Mohamed Salah is a Juventus transfer target have rubbished by the Serie A club's sporting director, Fabio Paratici, who has called them 'fantasy football'. (Radio Rai)
Ivan Rakitic could be on the move to Milan this summer, with Inter expected to agree a deal worth around €40m (£34.8m). Rakitic would sign a three-year deal with the Serie A side. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
Juventus failed in an attempt to hijack another of Inter's deals, that of Diego Godin. The Serie A holders were interested in the Atletico Madrid centre-back but quickly learned that the Uruguayan had already committed himself to Inter. (Sky Italia)
Mauro Icardi's appeals haven't won him back the Inter captaincy just yet, after having the armband taken away and given to Samir Handanovic. He will also undergo tests today to see whether his knee problems have healed up. (Corriere dello Sport)
Gareth Bale has had a £131m price tag placed on him by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez amid rumours he is a Juventus and Manchester United transfer target. (Telemadrid)
Meanwhile, Los Blancos are close to finalising a deal to buy Porto's 21-year-old defender Eder Militao. They will reportedly pay around €50m (£43.5m) to sign him. (Marca)
Real have also made a bid for 'the next Ronaldo', 19-year-old Benfica attacker Jota. A £15.7m bid was rejected and the Portuguese club want to up the release clause in Jota's contract from £26.1m to £104.5m. (AS)
Big changes are afoot for the Spanish Super Cup, the Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales has announced. It will now be a 'final four' tournament, with the top two in La Liga and the Copa del Rey finalists and will be played outside of Spain. (Marca)
Arsene Wenger happened to meet Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser al-Khelaifi at a WTA tournament in Doha last week. Rumours have been circling that the club are unhappy with sporting director Antero Henrique and that a faction in Paris would like to see the arrival of Wenger. (L'Equipe)
Barcelona sent scouts to watch Lille's 23-year-old hot prospect Nicolas Pepe as well as their Portugal under-21 forward Rafael Leao. (France Football)
Barcelona and Bayern Munich could be set for a fight for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic. Bayern boss Niko Kovac worked with Jovic at Frankfurt and has been singing his praises, while Barcelona are also interested. (Sport Bild)
