Aymeric Laporte has signed a contract extension that will keep him at Manchester City until 2025.

The 24-year-old has been used as a central and left-sided defender by Pep Guardiola since joining from Athletic Bilbao last January for a then club-record £57m.

Laporte has established himself as a first-team regular at the club and has played a crucial role as City continue to seek an unprecedented quadruple of trophies.
