We have reached a critical stage of The Run In, with a potential promotion, relegation and title to be won across the Sky Bet EFL on Good Friday.

Here, we take you through the permutations and how you can follow the Championship, League One and League Two on Sky Sports...

Who can go up or down on Friday?

Championship

Norwich can clinch promotion on Friday if Sheffield United lose to Nottingham Forest (12.30pm), and the Canaries beat Sheffield Wednesday later in the day (7.45pm).

Leeds are second and three points clear of Sheffield United. They can take a step closer to automatic promotion with a win over Wigan at 3pm - live on Sky Sports Football Red Button.

Ipswich are already relegated and Bolton will join them on Friday if they lose to Aston Villa. The Trotters are 10 points adrift so even a win may not be enough to save their Championship status if other results go against them.

League One

Luton can't seal promotion just yet but they can take a step closer to the Championship this weekend. There are seven points between themselves and Sunderland in third heading into their trip to Accrington on Saturday evening, live on Sky Sports Football.

The race for the second automatic-promotion spot is far tighter. Barnsley (2nd), Sunderland (3rd), Portsmouth (4th) and Charlton (5th) have all booked at least a play-off spot but all are separated by just three points heading into Friday.

Bradford could be relegated on Friday if they fail to beat Coventry and other results go against them.

League Two

Lincoln have already sealed promotion and a victory at Carlisle on Friday will guarantee the League Two title as well. They are 10 points clear of Bury and 11 clear of Mansfield with just four games to play.

Bury, Mansfield, MK Dons and Tranmere are separated by just three points heading into the Easter weekend action, with only two spots guaranteed for automatic promotion.

Down at the bottom Macclesfield (39 points), Yeovil (37) and Notts County (37) continue their battle for survival, with two of the three likely to go down, although nothing can be resolved on Friday.

All to play for?

There are still promotion and relegation issues aplenty heading into Good Friday in the Sky Bet EFL. Aside from relegated Ipswich, however, the only two teams with genuinely nothing mathematically left to play for this season are Blackburn and Grimsby.
