Lionel Messi has achieved unprecedented numbers in the La Liga Power Rankings after netting his 40th career hat-trick.
Messi scored all of Barcelona's goals during a 3-1 win over Leganes on Saturday, extending his Power Rankings' season tally to an all-time high - and there are still seven games left to play.
The Argentine has now collected more than 110,000 points, which is more than Riyad Mahrez's table-topping campaign in 2015/16 (96,386 points) and last season's winner Alexis Sanchez (102,088 points).
Messi also overtook Cristiano Ronaldo atop the current form chart, while team-mate Philippe Coutinho claimed an assist at the Nou Camp to retain his top-10 standing.
Ronaldo slipped into the runner-up spot - breaking the deadlock during Real Madrid's 1-1 draw with neighbours Atletico - while Gareth Bale climbed two places to land No 4 in the chart.
Valencia forward Rodrigo and 'keeper Neto were among the top performers, with the former scoring in his fifth successive league game during a 1-0 win over Espanyol.
Celta Vigo's Iago Aspas extended his season league tally to 19 goals with a hat-trick against Sevilla, while Real Sociedad right-back Aritz Elustondo produced an outstanding performance in a 5-0 win over Girona.
Elsewhere, Deportivo forward Adrian soared into the top 10 with a match-winning double against Malaga, while Real Betis midfielder Marc Bartra was a non-mover at No 10 after a 2-0 victory against Eibar.
