Southampton's Dusan Tadic claimed the runner-up spot after firing a match-winning double during a 2-1 win against Bournemouth - having also scored during the 3-2 defeat to Chelsea a fortnight ago.
Manchester City thrashed West Ham 4-1 to claim a record-equalling 30th win during a Premier League campaign, with Raheem Sterling (No 3, up six places) equalling this season's record of three assists in a game.
Team-mates Gabriel Jesus (No 5, up 16 places) and Kevin De Bruyne (No 6, up two places) were also among the top performers, with Jesus restoring a two-goal lead early in the second half.
Jose Mourinho recorded his 10th career victory over Arsene Wenger as Manchester United snatched a 2-1 victory over Arsenal - with Paul Pogba (No 4, up 10 places) breaking the deadlock before Marouane Fellaini's stoppage-time winner.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane (No 7, up 19 places) soared up the chart after scoring his 27th league goal this season during a 2-0 win over Watford, while Christian Eriksen slipped two places but retained his place among the top 10.
