West Brom have entered the race to sign out-of-favour Liverpool striker Christian Benteke, according to Sky sources.
The 25-year-old Belgium international has fallen down the Anfield pecking order since Jurgen Klopp's arrival, prompting a number of clubs to show interest in the striker ahead of the new season.
Crystal Palace had a £25m bid for Benteke turned down last month as Liverpool attempt to recoup the £32.5m they paid to Aston Villa in 2015.
Tony Pulis has signed just one player so far this summer - winger Matt Phillips from Queens Park Rangers in a £5.5m deal.
And with the new Premier League season now just days away, Pulis will be keen to bolster his attacking options ahead of Saturday's opening day fixture away at Palace.

The Baggies have been linked with a number of forwards in recent weeks, including Watford striker Odion Ighalo, as Pulis prepares for life without Saido Berahino, who is determined to leave the Hawthorns this summer.
Sky sources understand that Stoke and Crystal Palace have both submitted a £20m bid for England U21 international.
