The former Manchester United and Everton manager is odds-on for the position amid reports that he has already held talks with the club, even before Bilic's sacking was confirmed. However, there is little to suggest how those discussions have gone and the fact that he was not immediately announced as replacement means there remains a possibility of an alternative successor.
Moyes provide the sort of stability Hammers fans dream of during his 11-year stint at Everton, although his stock has fallen since with unsuccessful spells in charge of Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland.
Koeman is the early mover in the market, being backed in from 25/1 to 7/1 since Bilics's departure. The Holland legend is available having been relieved of his duties by Everton following a disappointing start of the season. The Toffees were in the same position which the Hammers now find themselves in when Koeman departed, but the money now suggests his is the most likely alternative to Moyes.
