Brighton striker Florin Andone has been banned for three games after being found guilty of violent conduct.
Andone was charged with violent conduct after appearing to elbow West Brom midfielder Sam Field in Wednesday's 3-1 FA Cup fourth-round replay win at The Hawthorns.
The incident was not seen by referee Paul Tierney or the match officials during the game but was caught by television cameras.
A Football Association statement said: "Florin Andone will miss Brighton's next three matches after being charged with violent conduct.
"Whilst he denied the charge, which followed an incident not seen by the match officials but caught on video in the 27th minute of the Emirates FA Cup fixture against West Brom on 6 February 2019, it was subsequently found proven by an Independent Regulatory Commission."
Andone's ban will start immediately meaning the Romania international forward will miss Saturday's clash with Burnley at the Amex Stadium.
He will also miss Brighton's FA Cup fifth-round tie with Derby on February 16 and the league trip to Leicester 10 days later.
