We round up the latest Manchester United transfer rumours on Friday, June 29.
Manchester United want to sign Toni Kroos this summer, according to AS.
The Madrid-based paper says Jose Mourinho sees Kroos as an "essential" player to add to his midfield.
Apparently, United could be set to make a "great offer" to Real Madrid for Kroos.
However, it is added Real view Kroos as "fundamental" to their team under new head coach Julen Lopetegui.
Fred is looking forward to playing alongside Nemanja Matic at Manchester United.
The pair went head to head at the World Cup this week as Fred's Brazil beat Serbia 2-0 to qualify for the last 16.
"It was a nice chat with him, he welcomed me for coming to the great club that is Manchester," Fred, who has joined United from Shakhtar Donetsk, told ESPN.
"We exchanged shirts, too, he will be a great team-mate."
Diario Gol claim Manchester United could use Romelu Lukaku as part of a swap deal to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford.
It is reported that Real would offer United £44m and Ronaldo in exchange for Lukaku.
Apparently, there has been contact between the two clubs.
