Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon is in Italy ahead of a loan move to Serie A's bottom club Chievo, according to Sky in Italy.
Piazon is expected to undergo a medical on Thursday morning in what is set to be the Brazilian's sixth loan move away from Chelsea.
Since joining in 2011, Piazon has had loan spells at Malaga, Vitesse, Eintracht Frankfurt, Reading and Fulham.
His current Chelesa contract runs out at the end of the season, having last signed a two-year contract in the summer of 2017.
The 25-year-old returned to Chelsea last summer after two years at Fulham, but has not featured for the senior side this term - making just one appearance on the bench in the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Tottenham.
Piazon recovered from a leg fracture to play the second half of Fulham's Sky Bet Championship campaign last season, but remained on the bench in their play-off final win over Aston Villa.
