Pedro says Chelsea must win at Manchester United in order to secure a top-four spot and that the Super Sunday clash is "like a final".
Defeats for Arsenal and United have opened the door for Chelsea to climb back into the top four - while Maurizio Sarri's men have won three of their last five top-flight games.
Next up is a huge clash with United at Old Trafford on Sunday - live on Sky Sports Premier League - as Pedro also revealed he is ready to step into the void left by injured Chelsea teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi.
"It is like a final for us," Pedro told Sky Sports. "It is so important to reach the top four. We need to win in Manchester but we know it is difficult to play there.
"They have very good players and are a very good team. Maybe they are not in a very good moment, or in very good form, but we need to fight together to win this game.
"It was a very good opportunity for us to get these three points at home but we could only draw against Burnley.
"It is a pity for us [Hudson-Odoi's injury]. He is a very good young player for us and is important for us. I can only hope that he gets well as soon as possible. Now we have to continue without him until the end in these five games.
"I feel good. I might not start on Sunday but the result is the most important thing. I am so focused on this game. I want to win - it is the only possible result for us."
Pedro admitted his surprise over Eden Hazard's omission from the PFA Team of the Year, even though the Belgium international was on the six-man shortlist for the Players' Player of the Year award.
"It is incredible [Hazard's omission]," Pedro added. "I don't understand because he is a very big player here. This season has been a very big season for him. He has scored a lot of goals and helped his team-mates to score. I do not know why he is not in the PFA team after the season he has had."
