RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hasenhuttl remains committed to the Bundesliga side despite admitting there is some truth to a report linking him with Arsenal.
A report in The Sun on Wednesday claimed Hasenhuttl was being lined up by the Premier League side as they look for a replacement for Arsene Wenger, whose contract runs out at the end of the season.
With doubts over Wenger's future beyond this summer, the Gunners were reported to have sought out Austrian Hasenhuttl, who has emerged as a wanted man for his work with the Bundesliga new boys.
Leipzig were promoted to Germany's top flight last season and are yet to lose a league game in 2016-17, winning nine and drawing three to sit top of the table, three points ahead of champions Bayern Munich.
"The article didn't particularly damage my reputation," Hasenhuttl said when asked about the report.
"It was well researched and there was a lot in it which was true.
"I have certainly heard of far worse fates than to be lined up as the successor to the longest-serving coach in England."
But Hasenhuttl went on to distance himself from moving to north London in the near future.
"I signed a three-year contract here in Leipzig and set myself the objective of developing this team further," he added.
"I am not interested in such rumours. We don't need to think much about it. I've found my luck here in Leipzig."
