Bolton's Erhun Oztumer wanted by Charlton and Sunderland

Erhun Oztumer

Charlton and Sunderland are interested in signing Bolton midfielder Erhun Oztumer, according to Sky sources.

The 27-year-old joined Bolton from Walsall last summer on a free transfer after scoring 32 goals in 95 appearances for the Saddlers.

Oztumer has seen first-team opportunities restricted with Wanderers and has featured only 15 times so far this season.

Sky sources understand Charlton and Sunderland are both keen on securing a deal for Oztumer before the close of the transfer window.

Oztumer began his career at Charlton, but was released at the age of 16 and spent three years playing in Turkey, featuring for Sivasspor and Anadolu Bagcilar.
