Tottenham will wear special edition shirts for their final game at White Hart Lane against Manchester United, live on Sky Sports' Super Sunday.
Spurs leave their home of 118 years for a temporary move to Wembley Stadium before taking up residence in their new 61,000-seater ground for the start of the 2018/19 season.
To commemorate leaving the Lane, Spurs will wear shirts incorporating a special edition White Hart Lane crest, as well as the Tottenham Tribute Trust (TTT), which assists the club's former players who find themselves in a situation that compromises their quality of life.
The players will also wear training shirts designed for the occasion, while a special edition programme will be on sale against United.
After the game, all the shirts will be signed by the squad before being auctioned, along with other stadium memorabilia in order to raise funds for the TTT, while the club's match sponsor AIA will also be supporting additional fund raising activities.
"We are delighted and grateful to AIA for extending this opportunity to the Tottenham Tribute Trust, which will serve to increase awareness of the support provided to the wider Spurs family," Spurs chairman told the club's official website.
"Our former players are the lifeblood of this club and there is no more appropriate cause than the Trust at such an historic time for the club."
