Tottenham's Georges-Kevin N’Koudou has competed his loan move to Monaco.
St Etienne have also been interested in the 23-year-old winger, who has struggled for game time at Spurs, while Besiktas had an earlier approach knocked back.
He recently impressed as a substitute in the win at Fulham, setting up Harry Winks for a stoppage-time winner and started in the FA Cup defeat at Crystal Palace.
But he has now been allowed to leave the north London club this month until the end of the season.
N'Koudou began his senior career at Nantes before joining Marseille, where he spent the 2015-16 campaign.
He joined Tottenham for £11m in 2016, and spent the second half of last season on loan at Burnley.
