Fulham winger Aboubakar Kamara has joined Turkish side Yeni Malatyaspor on loan until the end of the season.

Kamara was unveiled at a news conference as Yeni Malatyaspor's latest signing on Deadline Day, but Fulham said the announcement was premature and that a deal had not been completed.

However, the deal, which is subject to international clearance, has now been finalised.

Kamara leaves Fulham following a number of off-field incidents.

The 23-year-old had been suspended by the Cottagers pending internal disciplinary proceedings due to a training ground incident last week. He was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and criminal damage.

Sky Sports News understands Kamara also had a row in Fulham's training ground gym with Aleksandar Mitrovic earlier in January.

The incident happened just weeks after Kamara grabbed the ball from designated penalty taker Mitrovic before missing a spot-kick in Fulham's match against Huddersfield.

Mitrovic went on to score the winner in that game, but manager Claudio Ranieri was enraged at Kamara, saying the forward had disrespected all those at the club.

Despite their fractious relationship, the Fulham boss said on Wednesday, before the move was finalised, that he would not be disappointed if Kamara remained at the club.

"I know there are negotiations between our club and the Turkish club," he said on Thursday.

"But I have told my club that if Aboubakar comes back I'm happy.

"I'm happy because he's a good player, of course he would have to stay a little quiet but he is a good player.

"I think if he comes back he will have understood the lessons and he will have to improve his attitude."
