Marko Arnautovic is set to undergo a scan on Wednesday after limping off with a suspected foot injury in West Ham's 3-0 defeat to Wolves.
The striker, who was named in the starting line-up for the first time since signing a contract extension with the Hammers, was caught by the follow-through of Ruben Neves' clearance in the 72nd minute.
Arnautovic attempted to continue, but appeared to be struggling to put any weight down on his right leg and was eventually replaced by Javier Hernandez.
The 29-year-old, who was making his first appearance since January 12, left Molineux on crutches and wearing a protective boot around his right foot.
Arnautovic travelled back to London on Tuesday evening and will be assessed ahead of the match against Liverpool on Monday Night Football, live on Sky Sports Main Event HD and Sky Sports Premier League HD.
