Andros Townsend wants double figures to beat team-mate Scott Dann in 'friendly bet'

Crystal Palace winger Andros Townsend wants to score at least 10 goals this season in order to finish ahead of centre-back Scott Dann.
Dann, who was Palace's joint-top goalscorer last season, scored his third goal of the campaign in the 4-1 win over Stoke City on Sunday, while Townsend hit his first for the club.
Townsend joined Alan Pardew's side for £13m this summer from relegated Newcastle United and, having opened his account, is eager to stop his team-mate from claiming the club's golden boot this season and revealed the pair even have a wager on who will come out on top.
"Me and Scott had a friendly bet who would score more goals this season," Townsend said. "Seeing him go 3-0 up, I knew I had to claw it back before it was too late!
"I have given him a bit of a head start this season! Scott is a fantastic player. He is always up there with the top scoring centre-backs and is doing it again this season. I am sure he will get a few more.
"I want to be in double figures. I have not really set a goal; I think it is too early in the season to set goals. I just want to perform like I did today and be effective. Just one more than Scott would be nice.
"There is no prize between us - just pride. We are two proud players and I think pride is enough."
After failing to win their first three games Palace have secured back-to-back Premier League victories and have risen to eighth in the table.
Having been heavily reliant on goals from midfield and defence last season Palace brought in Christian Benteke and Loic Remy during the summer transfer window, but Dann still tops the club's goalscoring charts this term.
