Burnley manager Sean Dyche believes Fernando Llorente’s winning goal for Swansea should have been disallowed for a foul on Ben Mee.
Swansea beat Burnley 3-2 thanks to an injury-time winner from Llorente, who rose above Mee in the air to connect to the header which saw the Swans take all three points.
But Dyche believes referee Anthony Taylor should have awarded a foul to his side for the aerial duel between the two.
"The decision on the final goal was a foul on Ben Mee, it's as simple as that," he said after the match.
"I was very disappointed to have that goal given against us. Llorente pushed him in the back and gave him a free header so we're disappointed in the end."
When Swansea were 1-0 up, Burnley were controversially awarded a penalty when a Clarets corner was clearly handballed by their own player Sam Vokes. Referee Anthony Taylor decided to award the Clarets a penalty, thinking the ball came off a Swansea arm.
But Dyche says he did not see the incident, and feels the referee should not award decisions based on previous judgements.
He said: "The referee's job is not to level things out, it is to give the decision that is obvious and I thought it was an obvious foul.
"I haven't seen it back but it looks like it was a big melee so I don't know who he hit.
"There was a lot of reaction from their players yet no-one was booked. I haven't seen it back so to be fair it may have been a penalty or it might not have been."
