Leicester midfielder Vicente Iborra has moved to Villarreal on a permanent deal.
The 30-year-old agreed a four-and-half-year contract with Villarreal that ties him to the La Liga club until June 2023, according to the Spanish club.
A statement on the Villarreal website read: "Iborra is an experienced midfielder who is dominant in the air. He has quality in front of goal, timing his runs from deep to perfection. He is a prestigious signing for the Yellow Submarine."
Iborra has made 37 appearances for the Foxes, scoring four times, since joining from Sevilla for £12.5m in July, 2017.
However, he has started just three Premier League games this season, with Nampalys Mendy and Wilfred Ndidi establishing themselves as Claude Puel's first-choice pairing in central midfield.
Hamza Choudhury also appears to have moved ahead of Iborra after starting four of Leicester's last five matches.
Leicester said in a statement: "The football club would like to thank Vicente for his contribution over the past two seasons and wish him and his family the very best in the future."
