As fast starts go, it doesn't get much better than this as Pablo Hernandez scores a stunner with just 16 seconds gone for Leeds against West Brom.
West Brom would have been keen to quiet the home crowd but relinquished possession from kick-off and Leeds launched an attack with devastating effect.
Hernandez picked the ball up on the edge of the penalty area, and with West Brom standing off, the Spaniard let fly.
Elland Road erupted.
