Bolton are sweating on the availability of Josh Vela and James Henry for Swindon's visit.

Academy product Vela has been suffering with illness while fellow midfielder Henry is suffering from a thigh problem.

It may give manager Phil Parkinson an opportunity to put captain Darren Pratley on the bench as he closes in on a return from his broken leg.

Mark Davies (knee) and Mark Howard (thumb) are the long-term injury absentees for Wanderers.

Swindon's new signings Fankaty Dabo, Charlie Colkett and Islam Feruz will be looking to make their debuts as they travel to the Macron Stadium on Saturday.

The trio have joined the Sky Bet League One side on loan from Premier League leaders Chelsea and could go straight into Luke Williams' side.

Midfielder Ben Gladwin is also pushing for a start after signing on loan from QPR until the end of the season for a second spell at the club.
