Shrewsbury v Bradford preview

James Hanson of Bradford
Image: James Hanson: Could return for Bradford

Shrewsbury will take on Bradford without defenders Jack Grimmer and Olly Lancashire who are struggling with ankle and hamstring injuries respectively.

Fellow defender Ryan McGivern has returned to training after a shoulder injury but boss Paul Hurst will wait to assess any reaction.

The Northern Ireland international has been out since a 1-0 win at Millwall over a month ago.

Toto Nsiala is available for Town after they successfully appealed against his four-match ban after he was sent off on his debut at Swindon.

Bradford boss Stuart McCall is hoping striker James Hanson can shake off injury and return to contention.

Hanson, who has struggled with calf problems this season, missed last week's win at Chesterfield after pulling up in training and will be monitored.

Fellow striker Billy Clarke is closing in on his return after a near two-month lay-off due to a calf injury, but is more likely to feature in next Tuesday night's Checkatrade Trophy tie at Cheltenham.
