Rory McKenzie's appeal against the red card he was awarded in Kilmarnock's defeat to Aberdeen last week has been upheld, but Kirk Broadfoot's has been rejected.
Both players were sent off by referee Steven McLean at Rugby Park, along with Stuart Findlay, as Killie finished the match with eight men.
McKenzie was dismissed for violent conduct following a clash with Dons defender Dominic Ball, but a fast-track tribunal decided to reduce it to a caution for unsporting behaviour following Killie's appeal.
The 25-year-old winger is now available for Kilmarnock's clash with Celtic on Saturday, live on Sky Sports.
However, the tribunal rejected the appeal against Broadfoot's red for serious foul play after he caught Aberdeen goalkeeper Joe Lewis in the face with his boot.
The 34-year-old defender will now be banned for the next three Premiership matches.
Kilmarnock manager Steve Clarke described McLean's performance as the worst he had seen in his career, and said he should no longer referee the club's games as his father being a former Killie players was a "burden" on him.
