Eilidh Barbour joins Sky Sports for 2019-20 football season

Scottish television presenter Eilidh Barbour will join Sky Sports this summer ahead of the 2019-20 SPFL season.

Barbour will present live coverage of all 30 SPFL games next season, including every Old Firm derby.

Barbour brings a wealth of experience to the role having presented on multiple events including the Premier League, FA Cup and The Masters. The presenter will continue to work for the BBC, presenting on Football Focus, Final Score and the broadcaster's golf coverage.

Hayley McQueen will present the final two games of the SPFL season, including the season finale between Celtic and Hearts, before heading off on maternity leave.

Barbour said: "I'm very excited to be part of the Sky Sports team bringing the excitement of the Scottish Premiership to screens across the country. It's a privilege to front something that is so close to my heart. I'm very grateful for the opportunity and can't wait for the new season to start."

The Sky Sports Football channel will continue to show the biggest games in Scotland with live coverage from the SPFL, Scotland's UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifiers and UEFA Nations League finals.
