Rangers will sign Nottingham Forest striker Jason Cummings on loan until the end of the season, according to Sky sources.
The deal will include an option to make Cummings' move permanent at the end of his temporary spell.
Cummings was in Glasgow on Sunday night ahead of a medical on Monday.
The 22-year-old was part of the Hibernian side that beat Rangers in the Scottish Cup final in 2016.
He scored eight goals against Rangers during his time with the Edinburgh club.
Rangers are also in discussions over a loan deal for centre-half Russell Martin, according to Sky sources.
The 32-year-old Scotland international is club captain at Norwich, but has not played a first-team match since August.
