The final Old Firm clash of the season between Celtic v Rangers will be shown live on Sky Sports, along with Celtic's home finale against Aberdeen.
The Scottish Premiership splits into two separate groups for the last five matches of the season, starting on the weekend of April 21.
Rangers will be live on Sky Sports on Sunday, April 22 when they host Hearts in a 12.30pm kick-off.
The following weekend, Hamilton host Ross County on Saturday, April 28 (12.30pm), before Celtic meet Rangers in another Glasgow showdown on Sunday, April 29 (midday).
Brendan Rodgers' side could have clinched the title again by the time of that derby clash.
The season on Sky Sports then takes in Dundee v Hamilton on Saturday, May 5 (12.30pm) and Aberdeen v Rangers on Tuesday, May 8 (7.45pm), before concluding at Parkhead on the final day of the season as Celtic welcome Aberdeen on Sunday, May 13 (12.30pm).
Celtic have a 13-point lead at the top of the table, with Rangers currently ahead of Aberdeen on goal difference.
