Eddie May and Grant Murray will take charge of Hibernian's first team for Sunday's game against St Mirren.

Head of academy coaching May and assistant coach Murray both have experience of first-team management and have worked closely with the first team as part of the club's matchday coaching staff.

Neil Lennon was suspended by Hibernian pending a club investigation following a heated team meeting, Sky Sports News understands.

The meeting is believed to have taken place at the club's East Lothian training base on Friday, with Lennon being suspended later that day.

The head coach will not be in the dugout for the match against bottom-of-the-table St Mirren, which is live on Sky Sports on Sunday.

It is likely Lennon has taken charge of Hibernian for the last time.

Hibs are currently eighth in the table after a run of five league matches without a win.
