German winger Reagy Ofosu scored on his NEC Nijmegen debut to salvage a 1-1 draw against PEC Zwolle in the opening game of the Eredivisie season.
Ofusu, signed from Austrian club SV Grodig in the summer, struck in the 63rd minute from Dario Dumic's pass.
Former Arsenal striker Quincy Owusu-Abeyie had earlier threatened an equaliser after Queensy Menig gave Zwolle the lead after 32 minutes.
That game kicked off a bumper weekend of Eredivisie action on Sky Sports, with last season's top three all on display.
First, champions PSV Eindhoven get the defence of their Eredivisie crown underway on Saturday away to Utrecht, live on Sky Sports 1.
Then, on Sunday, it's the turn of the chasing pack as last season's runners-up Ajax start their campaign away to Sparta Rotterdam, live on Sky Sports 1 Red Button, and third-placed Feyenoord travel to Groningen, live on Sky Sports 5.
