The line-up for the Champions League last eight is now known, but when is the quarter-final draw and how does it work?

Liverpool were held by Porto at Anfield but eased through to the last eight thanks to their 5-0 first-leg win, while Manchester City joined the Reds in the hat for the draw after beating Basel 5-2 on aggregate.

However, Premier League rivals Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United were all eliminated from Europe's premier club competition after last-16 defeats to Juventus, Barcelona and Sevilla respectively.

When is the draw?

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League will be made at 11am GMT on Friday, March 16, at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. You can follow it on Sky Sports News or skysports.com and the Sky Sports apps.
