Twitter reacts to England's Euro 2016 elimination after defeat by Iceland

England's Euro 2016 campaign ended in humiliating fashion on Monday as they were knocked out by Iceland following a 2-1 defeat in the last 16.
After squeezing through the group stages behind Wales, they were favourites against a country with a population of 323,002, but despite taking the lead after four minutes through Wayne Rooney, conceded twice and crashed out.
