We are less than three months from the summer transfer window and the rumour mill is in full operation.

Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured the European press to bring you the latest transfer news from across the continent.

Spain

Pepe has changed his mind about moving to China and instead will choose between Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain. The Real Madrid defender was expected to be reunited with former Real coach Manuel Pellegrini at Hebei China Fortune once his contract runs out in the summer. But the 34-year-old defender is worried that could affect his chances of playing for Portugal in the 2018 World Cup, so wants to stay in Europe. (Marca)

Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid left-back Theo Hernandez, who is currently on loan at Alaves. The 19-year-old, who was once a Manchester City transfer target, will sign a six-year deal at the Bernabeu in the summer. Los Blancos will have to pay his €24m (£20m) release clause to take him from their city rivals. (Marca)

Whether or not Isco stays at Real Madrid and signs a new contract depends on his playing time between now and the end of the season. The 24-year-old has agreed terms on a new six-year deal at the Bernabeu but doesn't want to sign it if he won't be playing. If Zinedine Zidane picks him for the upcoming games against Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich, the Spain international is likely to commit to the La Liga leaders. (Marca)

Lionel Messi will sign his new contract at Barcelona in May. The Argentine forward's current deal runs out in 2018 and there had been speculation of a departure. But he will sign a deal to stay at the Camp Nou until June 2022, when he will be 35. (Cadena Ser)

Bojan says he will make the most important decision of his career this summer. The 26-year-old Spaniard is on loan at Mainz from Stoke City until the end of the season. But he claims he won't think about his future until the campaign is over and he's focused on helping his current side avoid relegation from the Bundesliga. (Sport)

Italy

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is AC Milan's main summer transfer target, but the Bundesliga side's asking price of around €100m (£85.7m) is likely to be prohibitive. The Serie A side have lined up a number of Plan B options, including Alexis Sanchez, Alvaro Morata, Sergio Aguero and Alexandre Lacazette. (Tuttosport)

Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic will be a summer transfer target for Besiktas. The Turkish side have already spoken with the Croatia forward's close circle, telling him he would be wise to move to the club to carry on playing Champions League football. (Tuttosport)

France

Marseille have €40m (£34.2m) to spend on a forward in the summer. After bringing back Dimitri Payet in January, the Ligue 1 side would also be keen on the return of another former player, Michy Batshuayi, given the French forward's struggles to make an impression at Chelsea. (L'Equipe)

Portugal

When asked about Manchester City's interest in William Carvalho, Sporting Lisbon president Bruno de Carvalho said "For €30m (£25.7m), I'll send them William's boot, without studs." (A Bola)

Germany

Copenhagen will only receive 10 per cent of the fee when Werder Bremen decide to sell Thomas Delaney, rather than the 15 per cent previously believed. The 25-year-old Danish midfielder has impressed since arriving in the Bundesliga in January. (Bild)
