Wilfried Zaha has withdrawn from Ivory Coast's squad for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Central African Republic and has returned to London.

Crystal Palace have refused to confirm whether Zaha is undergoing tests for a suspected adductor injury, but say all players returning from international duty will be assessed before their trip to Goodison Park to face Everton, live on Renault Super Sunday.

Zaha played the full 90 minutes against the Central African Republic in Abidjan on Friday, registering an assist in a comfortable 4-0 win for the hosts.
